How long is the trial?
7 days from account creation.
Do I need a credit card?
If you start your trial through Sign In / Create Account above, Stripe collects a payment method to set up the subscription, but you are not charged until your 7-day trial ends. If you downloaded IRONCHILD through Payhip instead, no payment method is needed until you decide to subscribe after your trial — Payhip only provides the free installer.
What happens when my trial expires?
Core-protected capabilities lock according to your license status. You can still sign in to your account to view its status or subscribe to continue.
What happens after I purchase?
Your account converts from Trial to Paid, and full Core access continues without interruption — no second trial, no reset.
How is my license activated?
Sign in to the IRONCHILD desktop app with your account — the same account used on this website. Your license status (Trial or Professional) is determined entirely by your IRONCHILD account, not by where you downloaded the installer.
Can I use IRONCHILD on another device?
Each license currently supports 1 device.
What is the refund policy?
