1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing this website, or installing and using the IRONCHILD desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use IRONCHILD.

2. Description of Service

IRONCHILD is a desktop behavioral observation and evidence platform for Windows. It observes activity on an authenticated device — including presence, keyboard and mouse behavior, device state, network connections, running processes, files, and connected email accounts — and organizes those observations into evidence for later review. IRONCHILD reports what it observes; it does not issue verdicts or certainties.

3. Accounts and Credentials

Your IRONCHILD account is a single account shared between this website and the desktop application. You are responsible for keeping your email and password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

IRONCHILD Professional is billed at $149/month, with a 7-day free trial before the first charge. To avoid being charged, cancel by contacting support before your trial ends. Payments are processed by Stripe; IRONCHILD does not receive or store your card details. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Refund policy: if you purchased through Payhip, our listing includes a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact support within that window to request one. For the monthly subscription billed through Stripe, contact support to request a refund; requests are reviewed individually, since no automatic refund window is currently guaranteed for that channel.

5. Renewals and Cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Self-service cancellation is not yet available inside the app — contact support to cancel your subscription until it is.

6. Licenses and Devices

An IRONCHILD Professional subscription includes a license for one (1) device at a time. Activating the license on a new device may deactivate a previous one, subject to the limits enforced by the application.

7. Acceptable Use

You may only use IRONCHILD to observe a device and accounts you own, or for which you have obtained explicit, lawful authorization from the owner beforehand. You are solely responsible for confirming you have that authorization before using IRONCHILD to observe any device or account that is not your own.

8. Intellectual Property

IRONCHILD, its name, and its software are the property of its creator and developer. IRONCHILD is an independent product, not operated by a registered company. Your subscription grants you a license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of it.

9. Service Availability

IRONCHILD depends on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase and Stripe. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for outages caused by those providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

IRONCHILD is provided "as is," without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, IRONCHILD's creator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law / jurisdiction: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use. You may stop using IRONCHILD at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IRONCHILD after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
